As a direct to home lead generator (setter), your role would be to contact as many qualified potential clients that are good fits for having solar installed on their home and encourage them to accept an appointment with a solar professional, who will sell the solar services. Potential to move to a closing position after 5 deals closed!

Compensation:

• $700 - $3000 for each appointment that closes
• Payed within 2 weeks of sale
• First year earnings of up to 80-$100k+
• Top performers earn $250k+

• Attend 3 weekly meetings

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
